RATES:
Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed with a 25%
deposit or one night stay if stay is
for 3 nights.
Applicable Florida sales and resort taxes are not included in the
Schedule of Room rates.
OCCUPANCY:
Occupancy is limited to four occupants maximum per unit, and 3 nights
minimum. TERMS:
All
units are non-smoking, no pets, no parties and large
gatherings. HOUSEKEEPING:
Units are to be maintained in neat and clean condition by occupants.
Daily Room Service is available for $20 extra per cleaning.
Free weekly cleaning service is available upon request for occupancy
period longer than one week. Please make arrangement with your hosts for
this service prior to arrival date. RESERVATIONS
require
25% or 2 nights deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable 60 days prior to check in.
The balance including tax is due upon arrival.
Payment can be made with Visa, Master card, Discover or American Express.
No refunds after arrival. HOURS:
DIRECTIONS: From Tampa airport, take I-275 South to I-75 South. Exit on SR 64 exit 42. Take SR 64 Manatee Avenue West for about 15 miles to Anna Maria Island. Turn left on East Bay Drive. The street name changes to Gulf Drive North. Continue on Gulf Drive North for half a mile. Turn right on 29th Street for a short block, and turn left on Ave E. From Sarasota airport, take US41 North to Cortez Road (Route 684). Turn left on Cortez Road and continue west to Anna Maria Island. Turn right on Gulf Drive North. Turn left on 29th Street, and turn left on Ave E.
